Job Title: Language IVR Testing Specialist (Cantonese, and Mandarin)
Location: US (Remote - 1 position for Russian, 1 position for Mandarin and Cantonese)

Overview:
Healthfirst is seeking a Language IVR Testing Specialist to test and validate Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems in Cantonese, and Mandarin. This role involves developing and executing test plans, analyzing results, and ensuring usability and accuracy in each target language. Experience with IVR platforms, particularly Twilio, and proficiency in testing tools like ALM is required.

Position: Language IVR Testing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IVR testing in Cantonese, and Mandarin to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Design and execute language-specific test plans and cases for IVR systems.
• Analyze and report testing outcomes, identifying and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine test cases and improve user experience.
• Utilize testing tools like ALM for tracking and managing testing activities.
• Work with Twilio or other IVR platforms to integrate and test voice interactions in target languages.
• Coordinate with QA, development, and product teams to maintain quality standards.

Requirement Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Cantonese, and Mandarin for testing purposes.
• Strong background in IVR testing, including test design, execution, and reporting.
• Familiarity with IVR platforms like Twilio.
• Proficient in testing tools such as ALM.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
