Injection Molding Technician - PS101523 - Wisconsin

Location: Based near Beloit, Wisconsin

pay: $35,000 - 70,000

Schedule: 1st shift (6am - 3pm) OR 2nd shift (6pm - 2am)

We are helping an injection molding company near Beloit, WI search for skilled technicians or operators. The injection molding technician will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality products. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality products
• Monitor production process to ensure compliance with safety standards and product specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the injection molding machines
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and maximize efficiency
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards
• Document production and maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
• At least 2 years of experience operating and/or maintaining injection molding machines
• Familiarity with mold setup and processing parameters
• Understanding of safety regulations related to injection molding operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and chemicals
