Income Tax Analyst I

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Income Tax Analyst I with Insight, you will be responsible for preparation of basic components of Federal and State Income Tax workpapers and tax return compliance. Compute, file, and pay quarterly franchise/income estimated tax payments. Assist with the tax accounting for fixed assets. Along the way, you will attend to other tasks and Income tax projects as assigned.

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Jon King , Sr, Manager Tax Accounting and Compliance. Jon is based in Ohio and leads a team of Income Tax Analyst.

As Income Tax Analyst I, you will get to:

• Prepare basic components contributing to federal & state income tax working papers and associated calculations, including book/tax adjustments, foreign entity calculations, return-to-provision true up adjustments, and other tax return schedules.
• Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiencies to meet business needs. Assist with the preparation of the U.S. federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns.
• Assist with the preparation of non-US compliance forms, including forms 5471, 8858, and 8865 and prepare state & local apportionment templates.

We are looking for a Income Tax Analyst I with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• At least 1-2  years of experience in US/ Local taxation
• Understanding of Income Tax process
• Good in English communication, both written and verbal
