Encore Mechanical, LLC, a market leader in commercial HVAC specializing in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump systems, is seeking a seasoned, highly credentialed Project Manager to join our team in Southlake, TX. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary project representative, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead proposal writing, procurement, and strategic project planning.
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project risk management.
• Ensure projects are executed at the highest quality while maintaining budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize processes and business strategies.
• Cultivate and maintain strong industry relationships, leveraging your network for business development.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in commercial HVAC project management , with a strong track record in delivering high-quality results.
• Established industry reputation and professional network.
• Expertise in logistics, expediting, and contract negotiations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Deep understanding of VRF systems and high-efficiency HVAC solutions is a major plus.
• A demonstrated ability to think strategically and lead teams.
