WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ABS is seeking a highly qualified and skilled Human Capital Performance Management Data Analyst who is a problem solver to help the department transition the human capital management service delivery model from its existing practices to an agile problem-solving mindset.
The Performance Management and Data Analyst will play a vital role in optimizing our talent acquisition processes through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. You will support the Chief Human Capital Management Officer in managing classification & compensation processes and recruitment and selection initiatives.
The successful candidate is the person who can combine the knowledge and experience compiling, analyzing, and presenting data with the commitment to building a better human-centered department.

This position may be underfilled as a Performance Management and Data Analyst I (Download PDF reader), Grade 21. Once the employee is at full performance and meets the minimum requirements of the Proficiency Advancement process, they are eligible for the non-competitive promotion to the Performance Management and Data Analyst II (Download PDF reader), Grade 25.

If filled at Performance Management and Data Analyst I, Grade 21
Experience : Two (2) years of professional experience performing data analysis and interpretation, program evaluation and/or process improvement in an academic, data administration or business data analytics environment.
If filled at Performance Management and Data Analyst II, Grade 25
Experience : Three (3) years of professional experience performing data analysis and interpretation, program evaluation and/or process improvement in an academic, data administration or business data analytics environment.
Both Levels:
Education : Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
Equivalency :
All applicants will be reviewed by OHR for minimum qualifications. Those applicants who meet minimum qualifications will be rated "Qualified," placed on the Eligible List, and may be considered for interview. Employees meeting minimum qualifications who are same grade or higher will be placed on Eligible List as a "Transfer" candidate and may be considered for interview.
