About Rocky Mountain Prep
Rocky Mountain Prep is a growing network of innovative public charter schools serving students and families in the Greater Denver Area. Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) opened its first school in 2012 with 130 students and has grown to twelve schools, working with over 5,000 scholars in PreK through 12th grade across two districts. Grounded in our culture of rigor and love, our schools consistently outperform local districts academically while ensuring our scholars develop in our PEAK values of perseverance, excellence, adventure, and kindness.
Who We Seek:
We seek teachers and staff who are interested in developing students into outstanding human beings in their academic and personal lives by role-modeling our culture of Rigor and Love. Work collaboratively with their teammates and seek feedback, coaching, and mentorship from their admin team and school community. Implement our data-driven curriculum with the tools they’ve gained from experience while they adapt to the needs of their students.

Compensation
RMP employs coach positions as part-time, salaried, non-exempt positions. The intended total compensation will be $3,371, paid in equal monthly installments during the duration of the coaching role. Coaches will divide this compensation and determine it before the season.
