We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Public Relations and SEO Support Specialist. In this flexible remote position, you will play a key role in enhancing online visibility and building a positive brand reputation through effective communication strategies and search engine optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to boost brand awareness
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings
Create and manage PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach efforts
Analyze website traffic and user engagement to inform data-driven SEO decisions
Collaborate with content creators to optimize content for both SEO and PR goals
Monitor and report on PR and SEO performance using relevant metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key partners
Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content
Support the execution of social media and online advertising campaigns
Represent the organization at PR events and functions
Contribute to internal and external communications strategies and content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support PR and SEO initiatives
Assist with crisis communication and reputation management efforts
Conduct competitive analysis and research in PR and SEO
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Proven experience in PR, SEO, or digital marketing
Strong ability to develop and implement PR and communication strategies
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable PR and SEO strategies
Experience managing media relationships and securing press coverage
Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR and SEO
Knowledge of content marketing, link building, and SEO strategies

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR/SEO software
