We're expanding and seeking an Executive Legal Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in identifying top legal talent, primarily attorneys, for our clients across various practice areas. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company poised for growth, offering unlimited career and income potential .

What You'll Do:

• Identify and recruit both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline, fostering relationships with attorneys seeking career advancement.
• Present top candidates to clients, providing interview summaries and supporting documentation.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process.
• Gather post-interview feedback from both candidates and clients.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate smooth hiring transitions.
• Stay informed on legal industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress).
• Strong customer service experience and an engaging phone presence—this role requires frequent phone outreach, including cold calls.
• Self-motivated with a drive for success.
• Proficient in Office 365, MS Teams, and database management (ATS experience a plus).
• Legal industry experience (preferred but not required)—familiarity with law firms is a plus!
