Job Description:
Seeking an experienced, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to IT Vice President. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information and executive-level communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
Manage expense reporting, purchase orders, and budget tracking as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
