Sphirea Plus is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage all aspects of event planning. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and executing events from start to finish, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and attendees. This position requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate events based on client specifications, from corporate functions to social events.
• Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure all logistical details are executed flawlessly.
• Oversee event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and event schedules are adhered to.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing creative input where necessary.
• Supervise event setups and breakdowns, ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the event.
• Manage budgets and ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.
• Coordinate event staffing and manage on-site logistics during the event.
• Ensure all post-event follow-up, including client feedback and event reports, is completed.

• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality, or related field is preferred.
