Every Word Code is looking for an organized and creative Event Coordinator to oversee and execute exceptional events in Birmingham, AL. You will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and delivering events that align with our company’s vision and exceed client expectations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, vision, and specific requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
• Develop detailed event schedules and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
• Monitor and manage event budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
