Job Description

ISN is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to support federal eDiscovery Litigation Support programs. As a PM on the program, this role is expected to perform tasks in areas such as, but not limited to the following: 

◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for all project status, updates, and issues.
◦ Manage cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all project goals and deliverables.
◦ Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for agency goals and mission.
◦ Oversee the collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information (ESI).
◦ Ensure data integrity and confidentiality throughout the EDRM life Cyle using industry standards and procedures.
◦ Monitor project budgets and expenses to include preparing financial reports and forecasts related to project tasks.
◦ Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports to present to project stakeholders.
◦ Identify and monitor project risks to develop mitigation strategies. 
◦ Implement quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data handling.

Qualifications

◦ Active government clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
◦ US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position)
◦ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
◦ Excellent project management and organizational skills

Experience:

◦ Minimum five (5) or more years experience managing applications integration/implementation efforts for large federal agencies
◦ Minimum five (5) or more years experience working in federal legal environments
◦ Minimum five (5) or more years experience managing large-scale federal Cloud Migrations
◦ Minimum five (5) or more years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects, eDiscovery, and E-Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), Document Management, and SharePoint

Education:

◦Masters Degree in Legal Studies or similar discipline
◦Relativity Project Management Specialist Certification
◦Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
