Are you an experienced professional with a passion for leadership, training, and operational excellence in a DoD environment? We are looking for a dedicated Lead Instructor to support and guide a team in delivering high-quality services while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. What You'll Do:
Participate in regular meetings with government clients to discuss workload, contract performance, and emerging priorities.
Oversee quality control implementation to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Develop and present required reports, briefings, and training materials.
Ensure contract deliverables are met on schedule and within budget while maintaining compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Support personnel management, including team supervision, assignment coordination, and work performance evaluation.
Implement both short-term (tactical) and long-term (strategic) plans to drive operational success.
Establish and uphold work standards while addressing any discrepancies.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to manage work schedules and expectations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to contractor personnel, ensuring all team members are fully prepared for their roles.
Oversee contract performance, ensuring objectives and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
What You'll Need:
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of 14 years of professional experience.
At least 10 years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment focused on Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment.
At least 3 years of experience in academic instruction.
What Would Be Great to Have:
An active and maintained SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
