Director of Nursing Home - BSN / MSN - RNThe Director of Nursing Home is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and management of a skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with regulatory standards. This role oversees operations, financial performance, staffing, resident satisfaction, and the implementation of policies and programs to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.Schedule: DayPay: $101,930 - $128,498Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the nursing home, aligning with organizational goals and mission.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.Oversee the delivery of personalized, high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining excellent care standards.Oversee procurement and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and facilities to support resident care.Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting.At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility.Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or equivalent licensure required.
