What You'll Do

  • Ensure HR Operational Excellence : Oversee HR operations including Talent Acquisition, HR/Benefits, Training, Payroll, Office Management functions and ensure best practices across the organization. Your ability to manage a variety of tasks at once while maintaining precision will keep processes running smoothly. Be decisive. Lead with operational rigor.
  • Elevate Leadership & Culture : Create and maintain a vibrant and positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. Your ability to read people, build trust, and influence behaviors will be key to driving a supportive and inclusive environment. Build strong relationships. Lead with empathy.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of People Operations or Human Resources leadership experience, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture, and development
  • Proven ability to manage a variety of People Operations functions, from training to compliance
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for influencing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, innovative industries like SaaS or digital marketing is a plus
