Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. No experience? No problem! We provide

What You’ll Do: - Support individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer or assist with medications as outlined in individual service plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support individuals in accessing the community and participating in recreational and social activities.
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior, and ensure a clean, organized, and respectful home environment.
- Safely transport individuals to and from appointments, community outings, or other scheduled activities as needed.
- Foster dignity, respect, and self-determination while advocating for the rights and preferences of individuals served.
What You’ll Need: - Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (driving required)
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- No prior experience required—paid training provided!
