Community Access Services (CAS) is now hiring Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. No experience? No problem! We provide paid training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Support individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Administer or assist with medications as outlined in individual service plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support individuals in accessing the community and participating in recreational and social activities.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior, and ensure a clean, organized, and respectful home environment.
• Safely transport individuals to and from appointments, community outings, or other scheduled activities as needed.
• Foster dignity, respect, and self-determination while advocating for the rights and preferences of individuals served.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance (driving required)
• Ability to pass a national background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
• No prior experience required—paid training provided!
