Assists in a variety of clerical duties and assignments as required.
Enters, maintains and closes work orders
Generates and maintains reports, graphs/charts/timelines/performance data, letters, spreadsheets and files
Orders and expedites supplies and a variety of purchase requisitions
Attends various meetings, records and distributes minutes
Tracks / records / maintains department employee information such as vacation requests, overtime, training records, and lists. Answers phones and processes filing
Makes arrangements for furniture/computer/telephone moves if necessary
Performs other duties as assigned
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
High School diploma
General Education Degree
Computer literacy required - experience creating spreadsheets, presentations, reports preferred
May be required to lift or carry products, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. (Frequently 5 – 25 pounds), (Occasionally 25 – 75 pounds), (Rarely greater than 75 pounds)
Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Exposure to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Uses basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality product.
High School diploma
