Job Summary:
The Dental Hygienist will provide high-quality preventive dental care, including cleanings, patient education, and oral health assessments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about promoting oral health, and is a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing as needed.
• Conduct oral health assessments, including screening for cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Apply sealants and fluoride treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments.
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in dental hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Valid state Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Thursday and select Fridays half day(with one-hour lunch break).
