Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial duties and possess skills in floor care, industrial cleaning, and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and office spaces.
• Conduct floor care tasks including buffing, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed.
• Assist with facilities maintenance such as light repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.

Skills: 

• Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles.
• Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Strong attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
• Familiarity with porter duties such as waste removal and general upkeep.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Commission: $100- $300 

Expected hours : 24 per week

• Dealership

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Clinton, MI 49236 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Clinton, MI 49236: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
