Position: Commercial Casualty Production E&S Underwriter
Location: Nashville, TN (Fully Remote)

This remote position requires candidates to reside in or near Nashville, TN, to effectively cover their assigned territories. Our company offers a diverse range of commercial property and casualty products, and you'll play a key role as a Commercial Production/Field Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Producers and Reinsurers to foster strong relationships.
- Manage and produce new and renewal business in your designated territory, exercising full underwriting authority.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial Excess and Surplus underwriting, complemented by a marketing background.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
- A clean driving record is essential.
- Preference will be given to candidates from carriers, though those from Managing General Agents (MGAs) or wholesalers are also encouraged to apply.
- Insurance designations and a college degree are beneficial.
