Job Description

GSR Group proudly owns and operates Wingstop franchise locations, providing outstanding food and exceptional service to our guests. We’re expanding our support team to include a Clerical Administrative Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they’re asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily office tasks, maintain records, prepare documents, and assist management in ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This position requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and task management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.

  • Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.

  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for team members.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy retrieval.

  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

  • Support HR or management with onboarding tasks, recordkeeping, and internal communication.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and professional at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or office assistant roles is preferred but not mandatory.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Work Environment:
  • Standard office or remote administrative setting.

  • Regular weekday schedule, with flexibility for urgent tasks.
