Key Responsibilities:

As a Charity Event Assistant , you will:

• Help plan and execute charity events, ensuring smooth operations from setup to breakdown.

• Build lasting relationships with donors, sponsors, and event participants to ensure continued support and engagement.

• Help market fundraising events through social media, email, and community outreach to increase attendance and donations.

• Assist during live events, ensuring logistics are in place and resolving issues to deliver top-notch service to participants and clients.

• Monitor fundraising progress, track donations, and provide insights into event performance to enhance future initiatives.

• Receive comprehensive training in fundraising, event coordination, and customer relationship management to support your professional development.
