Our team is seeking a Care Specialist to assist in implementing resident-specific care plans. You’ll give our resident companionship and help with basic medical care, light housekeeping duties, personal care, and hygiene tasks so that they are empowered to live happily at home. Your commitment to delivering top-notch care will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in senior living. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications as directed, maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake.
• Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care.
• Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Support residents in activities of daily living, according to each individual’s custom plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks.

Qualifications:

• 18+ or older.
• Must have CBRF.
• Must be dependable.
