Due to growth, Tolomatic is looking for a CAD Drafter.   About You:

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of advanced training in mechanical/electrical drafting/design.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience utilizing SolidWorks in a manufacturing environment.
• The ability to perform basic engineering calculations and an understanding of geometric tolerancing.
• Ability to clearly convey ideas and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other team members both in person and remotely.
• Enjoys a systematic, organized work environment.
• Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.
• Efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
• A positive and enthusiastic individual.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.

Primary Objective :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented mechanical CAD Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drafting principles, possess proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (SolidWorks) and have a strong mechanical aptitude. You will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed drawings, bills of material, and solid models for a variety of products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
