Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all bills and invoices are processed and paid accurately and on time.
- Record financial transactions with precision in our accounting system.
- Handle payroll processing for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and review financial records for completeness and accuracy.
- Reconcile discrepancies and generate clear financial reports.
- Work closely with the finance team to assist with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance-related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
