Twin City Staffing is actively seeking motivated, bilingual recruiters to join our team in Fridley, MN! Location: Fridley, MN

• Not a remote position

Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, DOE, plus quarterly bonuses

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• After-hours and weekends, based on business needs

Duties of the recruiter / staffing coordinator:

• Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants for various positions
• Source, recruit, and place candidates for client companies
• Utilize staffing software and job boards to manage applications and fill orders
• Assist and counsel temporary employees on professional interviewing and job-related questions
• Supervise and manage temporary employee performance and ensure I-9 compliance
• Travel to various office locations to support staffing needs

Qualifications of the recruiter / staffing coordinator:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service skills and excellent phone manners for handling high-volume inbound calls
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of daily emails and activities
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
• Experience in customer service, recruiting, or HR
• Manufacturing and Light Industrial recruiting experience
