Job Description

We Are Seeking a Dynamic and Experienced Automotive Warehouse Manager to Lead Our Operations at Wholesale Parts Solutions in Raleigh, Nc. This Role Is Critical to Ensuring the Smooth, Efficient, and Safe Operation of Our Warehouse, Overseeing Inventory Management, Team Performance, and the Fulfillment of Customer Orders. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operations Management: Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations, Including Receiving, Storing, and Distributing Automotive Parts.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, Train, and Mentor Warehouse Staff to Ensure High Levels of Performance, Teamwork, and Safety Compliance.
• Inventory Control: Maintain Accurate Inventory Records, Perform Regular Audits, and Ensure Stock Levels Meet Business Needs.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure Timely and Accurate Order Processing and Delivery to Meet Customer Expectations.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce Safety Protocols and Maintain a Clean and Organized Warehouse Environment.
• Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with Suppliers, Vendors, and Internal Departments to Optimize Delivery Schedules and Minimize Costs.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and Report on Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) to Drive Continuous Improvement in Warehouse Operations.

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years in Warehouse Management, Preferably in the Automotive Industry.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a Related Field Preferred.

• Proficiency in Inventory Management Systems and Warehouse Operations Software.
• Excellent Organizational and Problem-solving Skills.
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Familiarity with Osha Safety Regulations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to Lift to 50 Pounds and Work in a Warehouse Environment.
