Assistant Director of Rehab - Assistant RD - Open to COTA, PTA and SLP Candidates - Memphis, TN - Tennessee Assistant RD of Rehab Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant Rehab Director to join our CCRC in Memphis, TN. Full Time Monday through Friday Open to PTA, COTA and SLP Candidates Salaried position As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will assist the Rehab Director with overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in the facility. You’ll assist with managing department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives. Qualifications TN state licensure as either a PTA, COTA or SLP Master’s or doctorate’s degree in related field or associate’s degree for Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant Supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting, preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines At Broad River Rehab we value our staff and their dedication to our mission of making a difference in every resident’s life.
