Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview
The Patient Services Representative supports the daily operations of the clinic by delivering an exceptional patient experience and ensuring smooth front-office workflow. This role is essential to maintaining efficient appointment management, accurate patient records, and positive interactions between patients and clinical staff. The PSR will work alongside a team of 2 medical receptionists and approximately 20 clinical staff members, including providers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and ensure a positive, professional front-desk experience.
Check patients in and out of appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Verify insurance eligibility and collect necessary documentation.
Scan and upload documents into the EMR system.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff.
Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting .
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
Previous experience with EMRs (Electronic Medical Records).
Basic proficiency in Excel and general computer navigation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
