Apartment Leasing Manager (experienced only need apply)
Must be Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
Must live close NRG Center/MED Center area

Q10 Property Advisors manages a fast paced, 624-unit apartment property in the Med Center area of Houston. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious apartment Leasing Manager to oversee and take charge of this entity - - MUST LIVE IN THE GENERAL with strong leasing and organizational background. High volume of prospects/tours, applications to be processed, along with marketing to be completed and several leasing agents to help train.

• Lead the leasing team.
• Show apartment units to prospective residents and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants.
• Maintain a strong closing ratio.
• Encourage prospective residents to lease from us by positioning our property and its units in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service.
• Set and achieve sales goals each quarter, motivating the leasing agents in the office to follow your lead.
• Train leasing agents on ineffective closing techniques.
• Ensure that all community areas, including the clubhouse and leasing office, are in perfect condition.
• Process service requests from residents and ensure prompt response to inquiries.
• Answer incoming telephone calls. Train team in proper customer service.
• Resman Leasing workflow and screening experienced. 

Leasing Manager qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 2 years prior experience as an apartment Leasing Manager.
• Diploma required. (Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising strongly preferred)
• 3+ years experience in leasing, and property management.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues.
• ResMan preferred, but not required.
