Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE:HPP) is accepting applications for our 2025 NextGen Summer Internship Program. Hudson Pacific is committed to sharing the variety of exciting career paths available in commercial real estate with the world’s next generation of leaders. These 10-week paid positions, beginning June 16th, 2025, are across various departments. Interns will gain valuable work experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry and exposure to our unique company culture. (In-Person!)

What You’ll Do:
Gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at a Hudson location with a dedicated supervisor and department of interest.
Attend presentations from key leaders and stakeholders across the business.

Accounting /Tax – Corporate HQ
Construction – Peninsula Regional Office
Investments/Acquisitions – Corporate HQ
Leasing – Corporate HQ
People & Culture – Corporate HQ / Sun Valley, CA (Split Time)
Property Management – San Jose Regional Office, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, San Francisco 1455 Market, and Corporate HQ

What You'll Need:
Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level program.
Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter. Your cover letter must clearly indicate your desired location & department(s) of interest, availability, and outline how your major, prior work experience, and/or career goals apply.

Salary Range: $23.00 an hour USD.
